At Redux, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards
• Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Return Process
1. Contact us at (844) 733-8948 or support@redux.com with your order number and return details.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions for return shipping.
3. Ship the item to the address provided. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Once received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you if the refund is approved.
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt, excluding time for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges

European Union Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
